Shipping policy

Freight arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Please do not hesitate to phone Peerless regarding its special freight rates.

Upon signing of consignment receipt the Customer waives any right to claim for any alleged shortages in goods delivered.

All delivery times stated by Peerless are estimates only and shall not make Peerless liable for late delivery or non-delivery of the goods.

Part supplies, or delays in delivery of the goods, shall not relieve the Customer from its obligations to pay for, or to receive, the goods delivered.

Peerless shall be under no obligation for damages or loss of goods while in transit unless agreed to in writing by Peerless.

Freight charges on returns are to the Customer’s accounts, unless previously authorised by Peerless. Where freight is to Peerless’ account, only nominated carriers are to be used. Please request carrier particulars from Peerless’ office.
